Likken is a simple interface for managing directories via the LDAP protocol. It allows an end-user to view and edit information on the directory (like his own information) without the need to know about LDAP or to be helped by a system administrator.
This software is published under the GNU GPL license.
Please note that the screenshots are made a version in development (v0.2.0), and that many improvements are coming soon.
Likken has been tested on Linux. Specifically:
You must first build and install ANT 1.2 (a Java based build tool). You will also need JUnit (a Java based regression testing framework) if you wish to do some unit tests.
Standard compilation: ant
Web Archive: ant war
Unit tests: ant test
Cleaning: ant clean
Other documentation sources for Likken: the project workspace, documentation in source archive.
The latest version of Likken is 0.2.0, please note that this is still a development version even if the software is usable. You can download it here.
